I purchased a muffler, Magnaflow 14382 and I wanted a reputable shop to do the welding for me on my 2009 Honda Accord. I called in the day of the install to get a quote from Raul and he offered to replace my stock muffler with my Magnaflows AND do a resonator delete for $90 total! Ridiculous right? I ask if I can bring in my car the day of and he says sure. I pull up to the place and he immediately takes me in and asks for what I want specifically and to confirm. He honors the quote that I received on the phone, $93 including sales tax. I ask to watch as I like to learn and he obliges. He does quick work on my car and finishes in about 30 minutes. Jeez. Excellent quality of work and welding. I would highly recommend this place to get any exhaust work done. They accept Debit, cash, and credit card (no American Express).

I had purchased a SoundWorks catback exhaust system for my Raptor assuming I had the time and properly provided directions to intall at home. After spending a Sat afternoon in futility due to poorly written instructions and incorrect 'adapting' pieces decided to call in the professionals. Open Sunday AM, I had a short wait. Raul was totally cool, and even though I did not purchase the exhaust equipment from him did a labor only job. Although this 'kitted' system was clearly not what he preferred dealing with, he installed it to perfection and timely also. Next time, don't buy a system on line, just go see Raul and he'll get you going. Enjoyed the ride home with a new growl and better pick up with the new exhaust system on my Ford Raptor.

These guys were very friendly and honest. I came in for a resonator delete and a new muffler welded on and they did a really good job for a lot cheaper than the other shops I got quoted for. They got it done in about 40-50 minutes. I am definitely recommending to all my friends!

You want honest huh? Well I do as well, and Pomeroy's will give it to you. Honest, Helpful, Experienced, Quick, Quality, and Friendly. I called a couple shops & looked at reviews, and Pomeroy's had the best pricing at almost half the rate of others locally. Not only did they have the best pricing they answered my questions, clearly, and straight to the point without hesitation. 35 minutes in and out, fully welded, quality install, watched the whole thing happen for exactly the price they gave me over the phone. Gave me quotes for two different mufflers including installation. Other shops gave me ranges and wouldn't tell me exactly what the price would be, for the same product and work, other shops wanted to charge me $100 more. I told him Raul what I wanted, he gave me the option to hear both mufflers I was considering right then. Told me exactly what differences were between the two. As well as when i asked about dumping my exhaust behind the axel informing me a new law in California prohibits smog pass if you lack a full tail-pipe. Now that's what I call educated, informative, and great customer service. Didn't try to up-sell me... even when I asked about other add-ons like tips, new .25" diameter larger piping that would increase the sale total. Told me truthfully there wouldn't be any difference in my case foe either option. I'm 100% beyond satisfied, walked-away with a big smile when I start up my SUV, and recommending them to all my friends and family. I will be going back with my next vehicle. Oh please. Every time i try to make attempt with this shop for their service, their price are always steep. They would always complain that theres more work than they expected. Are you expecting me to pay like a doctors' rate for a 20min work? Got the job done somewhere else on the same day for half the price without their complaint.

Very nice and friendly staff! Came in to get a mid pipe installed on my G35 sedan but found out it wasn't the right one. The guys at Pomeroy's extended the pipe and made everything work! Quick, easy and very affordable. Definitely will be back, highly recommended if you need any muffler work done. Thanks Raul!

EDIT: The shop used to care about customers. I was quoted an outrageous price for a simple job. Went somewhere else instead. Ive had good, ok, and bad experiences here. This place has become HIT OR MISS!!

I got here they refused to help me because it was 30 mins for closing time. Lazy lazy and very rude people

Just got a Flowmaster put on our 2014 Challenger and we love it. Raul and Juan were so helpful and so nice! They are very knowledgeable in all the different mufflers and know what they are taking about. It was a little warm out so the guys provided us bottled water to drink while we waited. They were so friendly and there was no BS unlike many other shops around the area. Oh and did I mention it took them less than 30 minutes! Definitely will come back!

Awesome set of guys. Very professional and friendly. Willing to help with out an appointment. I'd definitely recommend this place. Ill be back for sure
