⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. I called ahead of time and specifically explained that I was planning to bring my vehicle in for a custom exhaust installation. I was told it would be fine, so I made the trip expecting the work to be done. However, once I arrived, they suddenly told me they didn’t have time to do the work. This should have been communicated over the phone before I drove there and wasted my time. What was even more surprising was the complete lack of concern about losing business. The professionalism and customer service were very poor. Honestly, it made more sense when I saw the shop — there was absolutely nobody there, not even a single customer. Extremely slow and disappointing overall experience.
