EDIT: The shop used to care about customers. I was quoted an outrageous price for a simple job. Went somewhere else instead. Ive had good, ok, and bad experiences here. This place has become HIT OR MISS!!

I got here they refused to help me because it was 30 mins for closing time. Lazy lazy and very rude people

Just got a Flowmaster put on our 2014 Challenger and we love it. Raul and Juan were so helpful and so nice! They are very knowledgeable in all the different mufflers and know what they are taking about. It was a little warm out so the guys provided us bottled water to drink while we waited. They were so friendly and there was no BS unlike many other shops around the area. Oh and did I mention it took them less than 30 minutes! Definitely will come back!

called guy - went by - 20 min later, a fixed muffler. What????! plus only charged me pocket change :)

I called these guys because from what I saw on yelp they were the only ones open Saturday. They are very professional and have great customer service. My manifold wad disconnected from my exhaust and there was a bunch of stuff in the way. They fixed it in half a day and was reasonably priced. I will definitely be going back for any exhaust work.

Have had a few jobs done at Pomeroy's - all with ZERO problems and GREAT service. These guys are down-to-earth NO BS. I had a honda that needed smog and had a hole in the muffler along with a bad cat. The job was done for less then what it would cost for to buy just the cat online - even when you can find a state legal version. I also had the same honda come back in after a head-job after some rattling was heard. I thought maybe the screen came off. NOPE, was a f'n 10mm socket the mechanic left that dropped down the intake. Raul said "NO CHARGE". Since I was not raised to leave a job unpaid, I gave them enough for a good lunch. If I ever have an exhaust issue or some rattling underneath the car, I will take it to Pomeroy's without a worry.

Almost got ripped of $150 for something I didn't need and payed $40 at a different shop for it.
