Thanks to Yelp for the high rating. Found this spot they the reviews and another high rating here. We had a muffler and exhaust pipe damaged at a slip mishap back home. Called ahead, no appointment necessary. Came in first thing Saturday morning and what appeared to be the main Man jumped right on it. Cut off damaged section, mocked up New pipe and welded. All at a reasonable price. We walked across the street and had breakfast and an hour later job down and off we went. Appeared they had many exhaust, muffler and exhaust tips to choose from. If anyone out there needs this kind of work most definitely would recommend Pomeroy's to all. Nice Job, excellent customer service and reasonable prices.

I was looking for a good shop around the Oc area and found this place great customer services and they test it before they instal the muffler so you would be satisfy I will recommend it

My car "old betty" is a 2006 Toyota Camry and she has been through some hardships and with that being said every time I take her into a mechanic I know it is going to cost me. Came here Friday around 3pm because I was yelping muffler shops for a converter. Sadly, I couldn't get a converter for my car since it is older and I have to go to a dealership, bummer, but I had my converter stolen a year ago and it has been hell to get through it without one. Shame on you terrible people that actually steal converters, makes me sick! Okay rant is done. However, Celestio (I think) caught my broken motor mounts for my engine, bad spark plugs, and a cabin filter. It was a lot of work! I did pay a grand and I will say the labor here is not cheap. However, they are honest and get to the point. I would definitely return for a point inspection because I get mine at Just tires and so many things were missed. I think a lot of this work could have been avoided if I went to a better mechanic shop.

My son and I went this past weekend for not only a new exhaust system, but some much needed exhaust. My son's "new" 1972 240Z was setting off neighbor's car alarms so we needed to make a change. At the same time, my son didn't want the car to lose the aggressive note he loves so much. The guys (Ixmael and Luis) at Pomeroys were super patient and knowledgeable. They advised as to the options they thought might be best and after extending the pipe back to the rear of the car, they allowed us to listen to several mufflers. After scratching our chins we made our selection and they finished the installation. The solution is absolutely perfect! The car is less harsh on the ears, both inside and outside the car, but retains the mean growl that we love. Thank you guys for the great service and advice, as well as keeping many options in stock. You helped us out of a tough situation and we are thrilled with the result! We proudly put your sticker on our "toolbox of fame".

This is hands down the best muffler shop in Orange County. I've been here twice for catalytic converters and both times I was in and out in under 45 minutes. It's like a pit stop at the Indy 500. Great service and experienced technicians. Highly recommended them.

Came here a few times, their prices are the best in town. Really solid work! Wouldn't bring my cars anywhere else but here for anything exhaust related

I took my 2000 Mustang here about a year ago to replace my mufflers with magnaflow mufflers and exhaust tips since my other ones were old and messed up. They advised me that I needed new tail pipes as well, which really, I didnt. However I proceeded to get them anyways. I went back 4 different times. The first visit went well because the only thing I swapped was my exhaust tips. They looked nice but the welding was rediculously ugly. Came back a few weeks later, and then I got the tail pipes and mufflers done. First week into having the new tailpipes and muffler and the welding was so poor that the left side fell and was hanging. My third visit, I took it back to them and they rewelded it. It then happened again. I drove it to them a fourth time and they didnt want to reweld it. I had to take my dad in with me because I told him about it and I they continuously kept trying to brush me off. They said, in exact words, "This weld looks bad, we didnt do this here at our shop." I pulled out the receipt for all my repairs and showed it to him. He goes to the back and comes back out and says that they can reweld it but I need to buy the hook that they weld it on because mine wouldnt work. If that was a concern, they should have adressed it when I got my new tail pipes, mufflers, and exhaust tips. I spoke to the manager who gave me that hook for free and when I pointed out how bad the weld was all he said is, it looks fine, and he gave me a coupon and discounted price for an alignment which he quoted me at $120. Only a year later and everything is already looking rusted, cheap, and the welds looks like they just went at it with clumps of metal all the way around the pipes. What a joke. Some friends and family recommended this place to me but it was a terrible experience.
