Juan is the man! I came in on a Sunday morning and had a performance muffler installed. He sold me on a muffler that was borderline too loud for my young kids sitting in the back of my 4Runner but I gave it a shot and it sounded awesome! Juan dropped the lift after he installed the muffler and let me check it out...how cool is that? I called it a deal and paid almost half of what Midas quoted me. $385 for Midas or $185 for Pomeroy's for the same part and work done. I got on the freeway and noticed that the muffler never got quieter even at high speeds, something that I wasn't used to with previous vehicles and different mufflers. My oldest kid was complaining that it was way too loud and my toddler didn't stop crying. I called the shop the next day and told them that I should've gone with a less aggressive muffler. They said "Sure, come on in and we'll swap it out for something you like!" To make a long story short, they installed a mangaflow muffler that isn't as aggressive as the first muffler but had a noticeable amount of added HP. I was more than happy to pay the small $50 charge for labor and was on my way. fast service, friendly staff, extremely inexpensive, and they're open on Sundays!

love this place ! did my welding a year ago and the other day my axleback fell down"was polishing" and i freaked out and thought ill come to work late came here at 7 at 7:45 he opened and i made it to work and oh yeah the welding was freee ;) hands down best joint for your needs !!!!

Raul is the man, seriously! Came here about a year ago to get my muffler deleted and a tip put on. That was one full year of having a nice sounding car. Fast forward to today, got a fix it ticket from a cop, so I had to get a muffler installed: Pomeroy's Mufflers was the answer. One thing I didn't notice until my second visit is just how well they multitask without having your car sit around wasting time. If you want a custom muffler set-up Raul's your guy because he'll be able to work towards what you want and make it happen. I'm not sure if I'll be taking off my muffler anytime soon, but if you want a place that works efficiently, has friendly customer service, and has good deals for the job: come here. + Awesome service + Friendly and knowledgeable + Fair pricing I came here on a Sunday morning to have the shop weld on a muffler for me. They had to cut the piping and then make their own bends and then weld to the muffler. All of it looked great, and for $130.. I couldn't beat it. One thing that stood out to me was that they were opened on Sundays. Most shops don't open up on Sundays.. And this happened to take place during Santa Ana's Ride/Walk/Run Sunday as well. So for them to have the shop opened up during that time, means 5 stars from me. Thanks again!

Needed a new catalytic converter on my Honda. Called around to get quotes. Talked to Jose on a Sunday (how many places like this are even open on a Sunday) and he took the time to talk to me and tell me where to look to give him a certain code # on the car so he can give me an accurate quote. I asked why other shops I called never mentioned the #, he said because they will give you a price and then once you bring it in, they will look at the code # to see the accurate converter required and then possibly raise the price. I appreciate Juan's honesty and I took the car in. As soon as I got there he put the car up on the rack and showed me the converter was bad (also confirmed by the check engine light and problem code). He had a new one on in no time while I waited. Thanks Juan!!! Definitely recommend Pomeroy's if you need exhaust work!!!
