Two time customer here...service has been perfect both times.

STAY AWAY!! Seriously, spend the extra money to go somewhere where you will get better service. Whether that be initially or follow up on service performed. I came to them for a cat-back exhaust install for my 2016 Challenger. I ended up going with Pomeroy's because they were close to my work and had good reviews overall on YELP. I specifically only shopped for a bolt on exhaust system and nothing that required any welding. When dropping off my car I brought them the corsa exhaust package still sealed. I went through it with them to make sure they felt comfortable with the install I was asking for especially since they didn't normally do Corsa exhaust systems. But since this was a bolt on system that wasn't required to have any welding done I felt comfortable enough having them perform the job. My check engine came on within two miles of me driving away with the new exhaust. I brought it back to them the next day and they said they cleared it and it had no valid codes reporting so it picked and was good to go. The check engine light would come on for about a day approximately every 4-5 weeks. I talked to them about 35 days into the install and the check engine light first came back on. They told me to go to someone who deals with engines which I did. I got three other opinions that were not Dodge on this so far and places were not interested in dealing with my aftermarket mess. They knew I had a custom exhaust system done by a local muffler shop a (didn't use their name) The check engine code is P121B code (Active EXHAUST valve 2 performance) Dodge is coming up with this same code. They were going to replace the part covered under the warranty since this default was not related to exhaust system itself. But because Pomeroy's did the welding job that I never approved and was not required for my exhaust I'm basically stuck replacing a whole muffler kit (part#68257033AJ) instead of just replacing a part. Which is going to cost me as much as my aftermarket exhaust just to get rid of my check engine light. Dodge will not install this for me because further welding would be required so they would have no incentive to charge me more for parts when I can shop it online which is just as expensive and will not make any money on labor. So I'm stuck with a sloppy welded installed muffler/exhaust system that I have to throw more money into whether I keep my Corsa cat back system or not to pass future CA smog tests and maintain maximum performance that is now diluted by their work. P121B code (Active EXHAUST valve 2 performance) + unauthorized welding = (part#68257033AJ) which is $2K + labor. After getting Dodge's explanation of this I again contacted Pomeroy's. Their explanation was we installed what you gave us. I brought them the sealed box with everything included.. and when the instructions state this is a bolt on install... you may want to call the client inform them that the bolt on clamps are missing (if they were really missing) and that they would need to do a welding install instead of the bolt on simple install that was clearly intended. I never would have approved since I was trying to avoid a cat-back system that requires any welding and thoroughly when I made my expensive purchase! So seriously, people stay away from this place and spend the extra money to go somewhere where they actually do what should be done and not some sloppy choppy job that ends up doubling the costs of what you initially were trying to spend for service.. Seriously, would you give them 5 stars for doing an unauthorized welding job that permanently messes up your car?? I hope that anyone else who may have had a bad experience with Pomeroy's comes forward and dilutes their Yelp rating like they diluted my vehicle overall. There's no way they are worth a rating of over 4 stars!

If you need mechanical work ,exhaust work or even a new aftermarket exhaust installed like me this is the place to go to. Excellent pricing with excellent customer service of being honest and upfront. Went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. I will be doing more business in the future. A+++

Thanks to Yelp for the high rating. Found this spot they the reviews and another high rating here. We had a muffler and exhaust pipe damaged at a slip mishap back home. Called ahead, no appointment necessary. Came in first thing Saturday morning and what appeared to be the main Man jumped right on it. Cut off damaged section, mocked up New pipe and welded. All at a reasonable price. We walked across the street and had breakfast and an hour later job down and off we went. Appeared they had many exhaust, muffler and exhaust tips to choose from. If anyone out there needs this kind of work most definitely would recommend Pomeroy's to all. Nice Job, excellent customer service and reasonable prices.

I was looking for a good shop around the Oc area and found this place great customer services and they test it before they instal the muffler so you would be satisfy I will recommend it
